| Description of Work | Responsible for managing the programming, planning, design, construction, and activation of complex projects under the general supervision of the Senior Associate AD. This role ensures projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and meet all program objectives and appropriate government regulations. This position acts as a liaison between the client/users and all other project participants, including consultants, contractors, vendors, and outside jurisdictional agencies. They are responsible for planning, scheduling, assigning, and overseeing the work of project participants and assigned project managers.
