Description of Work
Responsible for developing, recommending, communicating, and implementing all operational aspects of the University of Nebraska Women’s Flag Football program. This includes but is not limited to: coordinating follow up communication, facility management, team travel, managing recruiting schedules, organizing team events and end-of year celebrations, athlete support, equipment/uniform purchase and retention, budgeting, completing required forms and paperwork, oversight of Teamworks and Arms, and serving as the liaison to a number of departments within Nebraska Athletics.

Minimum Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree plus one year administrative work experience in a Division I Athletics environment; equivalent education/ experience considered.
  • Extensive computer knowledge.
  • Written and verbal communication skills needed.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and meet University driver eligibility requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Ideal candidates will be proficient with Teamworks and other communication applications.
