| Description of Work | The Peter Kiewit Foundation Engineering Academy provides income eligible students with the resources and support to pursue careers in engineering, computing, and construction, shaping the future workforce of Nebraska. The Engineering Academy seeks to recruit and retain all students in the program. We envision a future where all students achieve long-term economic success through rewarding careers in engineering, computing, and construction. The Program Coordinator advances the Engineering Academy’s mission by integrating career readiness, leadership development, and experiential learning into all aspects of the scholar experience—ensuring students are academically successful, professionally prepared, and actively engaged in their communities. The role also ensures compliance with grant deliverables and enhances collaboration with college and university partners, including the Engineering Student Services team.
