Description of Work
The Journals Systems & Fulfillment Associate is housed in the Digital Assets & IT department and reports to the Manager of Digital Assets & IT. The position serves as a cross-functional operational resource for the Press with primary responsibility for journals systems management, fulfillment coordination, and external partner alignment.

In addition to its journals responsibilities, the position provides secondary support for other cross-functional DAMIT operational needs as assigned. This may include ebook remediation, metadata or file cleanup, reporting support, workflow documentation, testing support, and related project work that helps align journals operations with the Press’s digital systems environment.
