| Description of Work | The Assistant Director of Residence Life provides leadership and operational oversight for a residential complex of 4-6 residence halls, housing approximately 2,000 students, and serves as a primary advocate for the residential community through visible presence, strong relationships, and clear communication. The Assistant Director supports student learning through residential curriculum implementation, community development initiatives, collaborations with campus partners, and more.
