| Description of Work | The Assistant Director of Ticketing is responsible for the operational implementation of ticket sales strategies, including event builds, seat mapping, pricing execution, inventory management, and access control for assigned ticketed events. The role will also be a key participant in developing our ticket sales strategies. This role will work as part of the ticket operations team, in concert with the sales and marketing teams, to ensure excellent customer service and maximize revenue by aligning systems and processes with organizational goals.
