| Description of Work | The University of Nebraska Performance Nutrition Program is currently accepting applications for a Director of Olympic Performance Nutrition. The Director of Olympic Performance Nutrition will assist the Assistant AD of Performance Nutrition with implementing daily performance oversight, the development of the nutrition program, and executing nutrition operations for the Olympic Sports. This position will have a managerial role with Olympic dietitians along with sport oversight. The Director of Olympic Performance Nutrition is responsible for the leadership, development and execution of nutrition programs for all Olympic student athletes including design, implementation, and evaluation. Along with oversight of RED-S student athletes. Must be able to work a non-standard work week which may include nights, weekends, and holidays, and travel if needed with the team.
