The Operations Manager is an integral member of the leadership team by assisting the General Manager in the overall supervision and operation of the restaurant. | Minimum Required Qualifications | Associate’s or equivalent education/experience in food-related, business, or hotel/restaurant management field plus four years of food service management experience in a high-volume commercial or non-commercial dining service operation required. Knowledge of cost controls, inventory controls and food safety/sanitation programs necessary. Must have ability to supervise large quantity food production. Knowledge of personal computers, word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail and internet necessary. Food Handler’s permit or ability to obtain by passing the Safety and Sanitation test required. |
| Preferred Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience relevant food/dietetic/hospitality or business field preferred. Management experience in a non-commercial dining service operation desirable. |
