| Description of Work | Are you passionate about empowering first-generation and low-income students to reach their full potential? Join our team as an Education Specialist and be a driving force in shaping brighter futures for youth in the Lancaster area. In this dynamic role, you’ll work independently within LPS target schools to teach and lead educational programming offering personalized support to help students navigate academics, explore careers, and build financial literacy. You’ll host interactive workshops, provide one-on-one advising, and bring supervision to after-school clubs and study halls. You will also hold a significant role in planning and running our vibrant summer programs. Educational Talent Search (ETS) engages, empowers and supports potential first generation college and under-served scholars who have the desire and potential to pursue an education beyond high school. We provide access to academic, social, and financial resources to over 900 students in the local Lincoln Public Schools (LPS).
