Description of Work
The Director of Ticketing is responsible for the operational implementation of ticket sales strategies including; event builds, seat mapping, pricing execution, inventory management, and access control for assigned ticketed events. The role will also assist in and be a key participant in developing our ticket sales and service strategies. This role has managerial responsibilities in the ticket operations department, working as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service and maximize revenue by aligning systems and processes with organizational goals and effectively implementing sales and retention strategies.

Minimum Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree plus two years of Paciolan experience or similar ticket software experience; additional years of relevant experience or completed relevant education may substitute for required education/experience on a year-for-year basis.
  • Experience working in a team environment, high volume, high stress business setting.
  • Excellent customer service skills essential.
  • Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications necessary.
  • Ability to multitask, solve problems effectively when meeting customer needs and handle high volume phone activity.
