The Administrative Associate supports the office and administrative functions for TRIO’s Student Support Services. This is a federally – funded outreach program that supports the UNL community through academic, social and financial support for first-generation college students. In this role you will:

| Minimum Required Qualifications | Associate’s or equivalent education/experience. Minimum 1 year of demonstrated administrative and/or office management experience. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills necessary. Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals. Ability to provide outstanding customer service. Prior experience and working knowledge of Microsoft products. |
| Preferred Qualifications | Bachelors degree in business, psychology, sociology, education or related field. Experience working within a University setting as well as with TRIO. Prior experience working with grants is preferred. |
