| Description of Work | Procure, set up, support, and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, and other personal computing devices used in research activities by faculty and students in the department. Evaluate technologies, make recommendations, procure, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, appliances, equipment, and applications that support research and instructional computing. Maintain and manage virtualization environments to provide users with remote Windows and Linux virtual machines for research and instructional purposes, including the allocation and optimization of GPU resources. Develop and maintain scripts and simple web applications to support these computing environments. *Please note: Work sponsorship will not be offered for this position.
