Description of Work
This position is responsible for operating an EVS replay system during national sports productions, as well as Technical Directing (TD) multi-camera productions. They will operate visual mixers (TD) and Studio/Remote cameras, shoot single camera productions and edit. Operate on-air graphics system for live programming.

Minimum Required Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree in broadcasting or related field and one (1) year experience in media production or equivalent.
  • Additional relevant experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.
  • A working knowledge of a cross-section of production tools including television cameras, replay servers, editing systems, lighting and audio equipment.
  • Knowledge of multiple video formats and range of production techniques from very simple to moderately complex.
  • Must be familiar with the various graphics systems in the remote truck, studio, and off-line work stations.
  • Basic computer and editing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in broadcasting or related field.
  • Experience in multicamera studio, remote, and/or single camera EFP shooting and basic editing or equivalent.
  • Ability to operate EVS replay server for national sports productions.
  • Demonstrated ability to direct various productions.
  • A basic knowledge of non-linear editing.
  • Knowledge of VizRt Trio.
