| Description of Work | Position supervises project and new partner on-boarding processes for Design Studio. Work closely with partners and other Design Studio staff in the identification and scoping of potential sponsored projects for students and assist contract process for projects. Maintain ongoing sponsor relations. Mentor and support Design Studio teams, coach them to plan effectively, overcome or remove obstacles, and drive toward project success. Coach teams on agile software development and project management practices. Assist with planning and execution of Design Studio events such as the coach/sponsor training, annual celebration, class retrospective, annual showcase, and related events.
