| Description of Work | The Business Coordinator supports the College of Law by managing day-to-day building operations, human resources processes, and administrative systems (including room reservation and calendaring systems) that ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the College. This position will serve as a primary point of contact for staff and faculty regarding operational logistics, HR coordination, and building management. This position also handles basic accounting needs for the College, under the direction of the Director of Business Operations. The Business Coordinator works closely with the Dean’s Office, the Director of Business Operations, and other administrative leaders to implement business processes, support hiring and onboarding, maintain facilities and office resources, manage invoices and purchasing, and facilitate internal communication across departments. This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to build positive working relationships across the College and University.
