| Description of Work | Plan, coordinate, and execute events for the College of Law. Responsible for working with Assistant Dean for Student Development & Chief of Staff, as well as other Law College leadership team members, to find venues, secure vendors, make travel arrangements, request alcohol permits, and handle all details related to various events. Manage relationships between contractors, vendors and companies involved in execution of events. Provide administrative support to all major college events and meetings. This includes making and processing travel, scheduling meetings, etc. Other duties as assigned. Work may include occasional nights and weekends due to event schedules.
