Description of Work
The University of Nebraska College of Law invites applications for entry-level and lateral candidates for a tenure-track or tenured faculty position, depending on the candidate’s experience.

The primary course need is First-Year Property. Other course needs include Environmental Law, Real Estate Transactions, Administrative Law, Natural Resources Law, Federal Income Tax, Insurance Law, and Wills and Trusts.

Minimum Required Qualifications
  • J.D Degree or equivalent.
  • Superior academic record.
  • Demonstrated interest in relevant substantive areas.

The title of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor will be based on the successful candidate’s qualifications.
