As a Quick Service Shift Lead you will serve as a member of the restaurant management team by providing leadership, direction and supervision to Team Members during their shift and ensuring a high – quality experience for guests. The Quick Service Shift Lead provides operational leadership:

| Minimum Required Qualifications | High school diploma/GED plus three years of food preparation experience and mastery of all kitchen and dining tasks and attributes; equivalent experience/education considered. Ability to read, write, weigh, and measure necessary. The ability to communicate is essential. Must have the ability to train and lead others. Food Handler’s permit or ability to obtain by passing the Safety and Sanitation test required. Ability to lift up to 50lbs and push/pull up to 100lbs required. |
