Position Summary: The Omnify EDI Intern will work with the Omnify team to drive execution on priority projects, including EDI procedures, data analysis and administrative tasks. This individual must be able to learn quickly, work independently and deliver tangible outcomes within a short timeframe. This individual will also gain hands-on experience in employee benefits while supporting the team.

Essential Functions:

  • Work with EDI team members to document all processes for EDI clients. Create procedures for all unique employer scenarios.
  • Conduct research as requested by department leadership.
  • Complete analysis and statistical research for projections of growth and profitability.
  • Conduct research and review of XML files, to assist the team with future growth.
  • Understand and adhere to all bank policies, laws, and regulations applicable to their role. Complete compliance training; follow internal processes and controls as required.
  • Report all compliance issues, violations of law or regulations in accordance with the steps defined in bank policies.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
  • Perform other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Current college student with data analytics experience preferred.
  • Prior EDI experience, research, and analysis experience preferred.
  • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance standards.
  • Commitment to a 60-day internship.
  • Valid Nebraska Driver’s license.

Working Environment:

Sedentary work, occasional lifting and/or carrying up to 20 pounds.

Majority of indoor work – may be exposed to some outdoor elements or hazards
