Are you a detail-oriented multitasker with a passion for keeping projects on track? We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support our technology and cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact initiatives. You’ll be the glue that keeps timelines, documentation, and communication aligned—helping us move faster and smarter.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and logistics
  • Track deliverables and update project plans using tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira
  • Document meeting notes, action items, and status updates
  • Support communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors
  • Maintain project documentation and assist with budget tracking
  • Help identify and escalate risks or blockers to ensure smooth execution

What You Bring

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools

Desirable Knowledge, Abilities & Skills/Desirable Training & Experience

  • CAPM or PMP certification (or in progress)
  • Experience supporting IT or software development projects
  • Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma principles

Minimum Qualifications/Necessary Special Requirements

Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in Project Management, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field and two years of experience in information technology; or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the desirable knowledge, abilities, and skills.
