What You'll Do:

  • Greet golfers and provide excellent customer service

  • Assist with check-ins, tee times, and merchandise sales

  • Keep the clubhouse clean, organized, and inviting

  • Support tournaments and special events as needed


What We're Looking For:

  • Courteous, reliable with golfers, detail oriented and customer-focused individuals

  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Cash-handling or customer service experience is a plus

Compensation and Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour. Pay is issued by direct deposit only. Candidates must have a valid bank account registered in their name in order to receive wages. *This is an unclassified (temporary) position and not eligible for benefits.

Schedule: Approximately 15-30 hours per week. Hours vary weekly depending on season, including weekend/evening/holiday hours.

Minimum Qualifications: Must be 16 years of age or older. Must obtain Food Handlers Permit once hired.

The Parks and Recreation department is FUNdamental to Lincoln.

Our team manages 168 parks, 185.9 miles of trails, 97 playgrounds, over 83,000 street trees, nine public pools, six recreation centers, five golf (and disc golf) courses, five dog runs, a nature center, and beautiful public gardens. Our programs include recreation summer day camps, before and after school programs, clubs and classes for individuals with special needs, adult and youth team sports, nature-based classes and events, swimming lessons, wellness and fitness classes for all ages, and a variety of free events and classes for all ages.
