Financial Analyst + Make an Impact + Lincoln
Are you the type of finance professional who enjoys digging into the numbers but also wants a seat at the table? We're partnering with our client, a growing manufacturing organization seeking a Financial Analyst who can help shape business decisions through insightful analysis, forecasting, and profitability initiatives.
This is far more than a traditional reporting role. You'll work closely with executive leadership and operational teams across the business, providing the financial insight needed to improve performance, identify opportunities, and support strategic growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the annual budgeting and planning process across multiple business functions
- Develop forecasts and financial models to support operational and strategic decision-making
- Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance, including profitability and expense trends
- Facilitate business segment reviews and provide recommendations to improve results
- Partner with operations, supply chain, sourcing, and sales teams to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and profitability
- Own and maintain standard costing processes across multiple locations
- Support pricing, quoting, and cost analysis initiatives
- Create and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and financial insights for internal stakeholders
- Serve as a key financial resource for operational leaders throughout the organization
- Help drive process improvements and maximize ERP system capabilities
What They're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant financial analysis, accounting, or business finance experience
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing industry experience would be huge plus
- ERP system experience and process improvement mindset
