Temporary Accounts Payable + Part-Time + Lincoln

Looking for flexibility with the opportunity to grow into something more? Our client, a well-established organization, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to support a busy accounting team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong organizational skills, and is looking for a part-time opportunity that could evolve into a full-time position.

This position will begin at approximately 20 hours per week and offers the potential to transition into a full-time, temp-to-hire role for the right individual.

What You'll Do

• Process and code vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• Set up and maintain supplier/vendor records
• Ensure vendor documentation is complete and up to date
• Assist with accounts payable workflows and payment processing
• Support the accounting team with additional administrative and accounting tasks as needed
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• Prior Accounts Payable experience
• Experience with invoice coding and vendor/supplier setup
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Workday
• Previous experience supporting a corporate accounting or finance team
