Our client, an established and growing municipal advisory firm is looking for a highly connected leader to help expand its presence in the Lincoln market. This is a rare opportunity for someone who already knows the key players in land development, understands how projects get done, and wants the autonomy to build something meaningful.

This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional with deep roots in Lincoln’s development and real estate community, someone who is already sitting at the table with developers, bankers, engineers, attorneys, builders, and municipal leaders. The right person will have the credibility, market presence, and strategic mindset to help drive growth while becoming the face of the organization in Lincoln.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead business development efforts throughout the Lincoln market
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, municipalities, bankers, engineers, attorneys, and other industry stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new municipal development and CID opportunities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary relationship contact for clients and districts
  • Participate in developer and residential meetings related to active and prospective projects
  • Review development activity, investment opportunities, bond activity, and financing strategies
  • Support district planning, feasibility reviews, budgeting, and financial analysis alongside internal support teams
  • Monitor market activity including permitting trends, lot supply, and lending conditions
  • Represent the organization at networking events, industry meetings, and community functions

  • Proven relationship-building and business development success
  • Strong understanding of development processes and municipal projects
