Our client, a is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead day-to-day marketing initiatives while shaping broader communication strategies that drive community engagement, membership growth, and program participation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys storytelling through multiple channels, and is passionate about using marketing to make a meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the execution of integrated marketing and communication strategies
  • Collaborate with leadership to help shape the annual marketing plan and priorities
  • Manage marketing campaigns that support programs, membership growth, fundraising, and community initiatives
  • Oversee content development across digital, print, video, and event marketing
  • Maintain and manage content calendars and campaign workflows
  • Guide brand messaging and ensure consistency across all marketing materials
  • Work closely with an external marketing firm to support campaign development and creative direction
  • Oversee website content strategy and ongoing updates
  • Assist with marketing efforts tied to events, community initiatives, and special programs
  • Manage and mentor a Graphic Designer, ensuring creative work aligns with brand standards

Tools & Experience

Experience with marketing platforms and tools such as:

  • Email marketing platforms
  • Website content management systems
  • Canva, Adobe, or similar design platforms

A solid understanding of branding, messaging, audience engagement, and digital marketing strategy is essential.
