As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting our subscribers and contributing to the continued strength and growth of the local news and information.Position Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, successfully handling customer calls and emails, resolving billing and service issues, audience growth, audience retention and various administrative duties.This position works with the circulation/subscription department. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving skills, time management skills and active listening skills. Working knowledge of Excel is a plus.This is an in-office position Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.
