SUMMARY:

Develop and execute new product business processes supporting Lincoln Brands growth initiatives and maintain existing product portfolio interfacing with operations and support departments throughout the organization.

WAGE TYPE: Salary Exempt; FLSA Exemption: Administrative Exemption.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop good working relationships with Lincoln Industries people and outside suppliers
  • Develop and manage PIF process for new and existing products
  • Prepare and submit quotes
  • Prepare and submit supplier sourcing requests
  • Prepare and submit integration project requests. Participate in integration project meetings.
  • Participates in improvement activities initiated by Quality Engineering, Materials Management, Sourcing & Customer Service teams.
  • Support the timely execution of projects with the Integration team
  • Supports actions to resolve quality issues with production and quality engineering.
  • Assisting with budgeting & forecasting the cost and revenue of existing and new projects.
  • Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers, by communicating openly, honestly and constructively, treating all employees with dignity, respect and courtesy.
  • Could potentially come in contact with hazardous chemicals.
  • Any other tasks as required fulfilling Lincoln Industries' Beliefs and Drivers.

  • Proper disposal of waste such as recyclables, standard waste, hazardous waste, etc. is expected.

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE:

  • Reports to: Segment Manager, Branded Products

QUALIFICATIONS:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be substituted for the expected levels of education and experience required.


Education and Experience:

  • Associates degree in Business or related field or 2+ years experience in business process or administrative related field

Other Skills:

  • Possess interpersonal skills and good organizational skills.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral diagram or schedule form.

Communication Skills:

  • Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to perform physical functions equivalent to Category B.
