We are seeking a talented ERP Developer to join our team at LES, where innovation and reliability power everything we do. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain enterprise resource planning systems that support critical business operations across energy distribution, finance, and asset management. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, with at least five years of hands-on ERP development experience. You should be comfortable working with system integrations, customizing ERP modules, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, efficient solutions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & CORE COMPETENCIES

Responsible for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) module development needs in area of expertise. Specific responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and supporting complex enterprise software. May include ERP systems, web service integrations, custom standalone applications, or middleware software. Leads medium to large program development with minimal guidance. Consistent and reliable attendance is required.

  • As subject matter expert, trains and develops lower-level staff to include providing guidance and advice, setting deadlines, and monitoring of work.

  • Designs, develops, and tests ERP system modifications and enhancements to support ERP business processes.

  • Designs, develops, and tests real-time integrations and interfaces between ERP and other systems.

  • Troubleshoots and resolves system, interface, and process-related problems.

  • Performs configuration of assigned ERP modules.

  • Supports enterprise Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including implementation, configuration, go-live support, and training.

  • Ability to apply knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP for Utilities, SAP CRM, Microsoft Office 365, Esri ArcGIS and/or other enterprise applications.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, and

  • At least two years of experience, five to ten preferred, in area of assignment, or

  • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
