DNA Deposit Implementation Consultant

About your role:
The DNA Deposit Implementation Consultant will join Fiserv’s Merger/Acquisition and migration team to deliver DNA Core Financial Software implementations for credit union and bank clients. You will work with clients and internal stakeholders to configure DNA deposit functionality, ensure readiness for conversions, and deliver post‑live module support that meets clients’ business objectives.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead analysis, consultation, and recommendations for DNA deposit implementations, ensuring client business requirements are met during conversions and migrations.
  • Configure and implement DNA core deposit processing functionality, including deposit product setup, relational pricing/service fees, and statement/notice processing.
  • Execute conversion readiness assessments, support testing of new features, and validate data mapping during migrations and merger/acquisition activities.
  • Provide post‑live implementation support, conduct training and support sessions, and manage resolution or escalation of service cases as assigned.
  • Support sales and consulting teams with scoping, demonstrations, and implementation planning.
  • Document client and internal discussions, decisions, and configuration details for auditability and knowledge transfer.

Experience you’ll need to have:

  • 6+ years of experience in DNA Core system implementation and configuration (DNA deposit modules).
  • 5+ years of experience in deposit operations, including retail, commercial, and retirement deposit processing.
  • 5+ years of experience in deposit back‑office processing and statement/notice processing.
  • 5+ years of experience in core system conversions, migrations, and merger & acquisition implementations.
  • 4+ years of experience in relational pricing/service fees configuration and deposit product setup.
  • 4+ years of experience in SQL for data validation, reconciliation, and conversion testing.
  • 4+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Experience delivering client training and post‑live module support for core banking systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • Experience with data mapping, ETL processes, and reconciliation tools used in core conversions.
  • Demonstrated experience managing stakeholder communications during conversions and migrations.

How you’ll work:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

Salary Range

$74,000.00 - $122,400.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
