POSITION SUMMARY
Performs supportive duties in the processing of detention pay, including auditing trips for detention accuracy and ensuring
appropriate compensation is paid timely.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Audits driver delay times at customer locations to ensure accurate detention submissions.
* Monitors and approves driver pay for detentions.
* Assists Billing Department when necessary.
* Answers telephone providing problem solving and communication with customers, drivers and various other departments,
within bounds of delegated authority and redirects calls to appropriate personnel if necessary
* Establishes and maintains positive working relationships.
* Receives and carries out instructions.
* Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
