So I believe my common spirit values align with my personal values due the fact that um you treat everybody the same and you treat them with respect and dignity. Um And that goes a long way. Um My personal value also, I think one is collaboration, the, the fact that what we do in our, in our line of work. So we have to collaborate very well with other um people. Uh And, and it doesn't matter what level those, those uh people are, um you got to collaborate and work with them and the, the better you work with them, the more understanding you have of their types of situations and what they have to do um lines with, again, collaborating and making sure that we're all here to do the right, the same thing and the right job. Uh But the biggest thing is that it, it is definitely um having compassion and empathy and, and, and listening to people because that's, that's all it takes sometimes is just listening to people.
